CHRISTMAS FINE DINNER
2023
Fine dining for 100 guests, where modern Ukraine met its roots. A four course dinner by Mirali Dilbazi, fiercely seasonal, built on fermentation and experimentation. We sang carols, danced to a live ukrainian band, then shifted into modern electronic dj sets. Guests explored a herbalist corner, creating personal tea blends inspired by mythology, met a traditional fortune teller, and gathered under a five meter upside down christmas tree — a symbol of a new way of looking at tradition.
NIGHT AT THE HOTEL
2024
The entire Bursa Hotel in central Kyiv was taken over to host 60 guests for a 24-hour immersive experience. Bursa’s boutique ecosystem — hotel rooms, restaurant, bar, library, cinema, rooftop, and backyard became a playground. The night was designed as a quest, with guests guided by phone messages to check in, visit neighbors, collect hangover kits, join dinner, party at the bar, rest in the cinema, explore outdoor spaces, and hunt for hidden gifts.
MOVE & GROOVE NY PARTY
2025
Inspired by Studio 54, the event was designed as a disco chic, New York style party. Guests moved through custom bingo, cocktail battles, mafia games, live band performances, and electronic dj sets. An interviewer documented the experience in a talk-cam format, capturing guest interactions throughout the night. A key challenge was creating a safe, relaxed, and effortless atmosphere in central Kyiv during ongoing air alerts and electricity and heating outages.
DINNER AT BOTANICAL GARDEN
2024
A dinner for 80 guests set inside the Kyiv Botanical Garden labyrinth. The landscape itself became the playground: a long table on a hill, a downhill chill zone with sheets, pillows, a barbecue, and a bar, and a dj set at the highest point. Inside the labyrinth, hidden corners were designed — a cinema with popcorn, tea and cacao spots, and quiet places to rest, letting nature guide the flow of the evening.
LATE NIGHT SHOW
2024
An adapted late night show format created for Roosh’s strategy board event. Two mirrored studio setups in Kyiv and Warsaw were connected via a live tv style bridge, allowing speakers to interact in real time. The two hour show mixed strategic discussions with an engaging, playful format and brought together a live audience and online viewers. I developed the concept, scenario, copy, and visual identity of the event.
ANNIVERSARY PICNIC
2024
A wake surfing school was transformed into a full-day summer party with multiple zones across the space. Guests moved between a chill zone by the water, a grass field with a barbecue and bar, badminton, a massage corner, canoeing, sup swimming, and wake surfing sessions. In the evening, the atmosphere shifted with a giant twister game, fire, and a two meter long cake to close the day together.
AMA CINEMA EDITION
2024
An intimate q&a session held in a small cinema with just 42 seats, designed in the format of a film premiere. The evening continued with a small rooftop party. The experience was fully branded, from popcorn and fries boxes to beer cans, kombucha bottles, microphones, and custom tokens that guests could exchange for drinks at the bar.
KYIV DAY
2024
A Kyiv Day picnic set in a hidden field of the botanical garden. An open kitchen served seasonal grilled food, with a long communal table and pillows spread across the grass. Guests played badminton, frisbee, and ended with a walk through the usually closed botanical orangery, now used mostly for scientific work.
